The place is so nice, very neat and clean. The staff is super friendly and very welcoming, they make you feel part of their family. The doctors really care about the pets, they made my dog feel like he was one of their own. Definitely recommend this place for all the fur babies out there. I’ll be returning for sure and I will be a long-term client of Staples Mill. Great job everyone, keep it up, we need more of you!

I was a new patient and able to get a same-day appt for my dog when my vet couldn’t get me in for 4 days (with an unwell dog). I was seen at my appointment time, the vet team was all so friendly. Dr. Shane was incredible and was so thorough. She talked with me about my dog’s history and medications as well as addressing the issue we were there for. I have switched vet clinics because of the difference in care, concern, and treatment received at Staples Mill Animal Hospital.
